U.S Crude inventories rose during the last week, boosted by a jump in production. U.S energy watch dog, EIA reported that the commercial crude oil inventories rose by 5.8 Mb and Motor gasoline stocks were built by 1.9Mb where as distillates fuel oil inventories were down by 3.5Mb during the last week. U.S domestic production numbers went up by 0.4 Mbpd with a little change in exports and imports numbers. Refinery run rate shrank by 9000 bpd with no change in operable capacity while improving 0.6 pct of refinery utilisation. The key storage hub, Cushing maintained a growth of 2.4Mb in crude stocks.
